By accessing or using Tomelight (“Service”), you (“User” or “Adventurer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the platform and any content, tools, or insights provided therein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Tomelight is a fantasy-focused digital assistant built to support dungeon masters and players by offering campaign management tools, AI-powered prompts, and lore summarization features. It is designed for creative storytelling and is not intended for legal, medical, or factual decision-making.

Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer (AI Limitations)

Tomelight uses advanced machine learning (or “Artificial Intelligence”) to generate responses. These outputs may be fictional, inaccurate, or unsuitable for certain use cases. Users should exercise discretion when incorporating AI-generated content into gameplay, published material, or personal decision-making.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and refrain from submitting any content that is:

• Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• In violation of intellectual property rights
• Intended to deceive, manipulate, or impersonate others

Additionally, we reserve the right to remove access ("ban") users from the Service for misuse of the Service. Some examples being:

• Abuse or workarounds in order to use the service beyond the subscribed limits.
• Spamming - either automated or manual - the Service.
• Account sharing.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all campaign content and notes submitted to However, by using the Service, you grant Tomelight a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Availability and Modifications

Tomelight is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from changes or downtime.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tomelight, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, gameplay disruption, or in-game party wipes due to bad advice from our AI.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tomelight and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms, use of the Service, or misuse of any AI-generated content.

Account Termination

Tomelight reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service, including excessive use that impacts system performance or violates community standards.

Changes to These Terms

Tomelight may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
